All our products are passed through stringent QA procedure, from procurement to production, welding, assembly, testing and packaging is in accordance with our QA manuals. All valves are pressure tested in accordance with EN 12266-1, ASME B16.34 or as per client's requirements, we have the facilities to conducts pressure test up to NPS 60(DN 1500) AND 14500psi (1000 bar). HORA has also invested on a range of Non Destructive Testing(NDT) equipment from hardness testing, leak testing, ultrasonic wall thickness measurement etc., manned by qualified NTD (Level 1 to Level 3) personnel.

Swissfluid (USA), Inc. has been incorporated in 2007 to serve our customers in
North America as a sales and distribution center. Our subsidiary, ideally located
on the Gulf of Mexico, offers fast deliveries ex Houston/TX for any valves, auto-
mation packages incl. actuators, switch boxes, solenoid valves and positioners,
reactor sampling systems as well as spare parts for all products

Conformance to international standards/regulations, company standards as well as extensive in-house product tests assure reliable product performance. Swissfluid Products have passed pressure- and tightness tests acc. to EN 12266-1 leakage rate A resp. API 598.
The machining department, equipped with modern CNC machines enables Swissfluid to maintain a high level process performance essential for the overall product quality. All machined plastic parts as well as linings and encapsulations are spark tested at 35 kV and furthermore are in full compliance with the FDA re-
gulations.
